Entel's new technical support desk

As part of our continuous improvements, Entel is pleased to announce our new technical support desk.
All support tickets raised will be responded to within 1 working hour of receipt (UK 9am – 5:30pm, Monday - Friday). If you have a time critical request, e.g. you are on-site with a customer and need an immediate response, you can still phone us (we would very much appreciate it if you only phone with time critical issues).
Entel’s Support desk is for anything technical that is not covered by our Dealer Portal.
The Support Desk is not for returning equipment for repair or any commercial questions, e.g. quote requests, delivery timescales etc. Please use email, phone or live chat for these. The Support Desk is subject to tight response time targets, it will significantly improve efficiency and Entel’s response to your queries.
Please be aware, any emails sent requesting technical support cannot be guaranteed to receive the same level of service.
