What does the recruitment process entail?
Once you have applied for a vacancy via the website, a member of the recruitment team will be in touch via email. If shortlisted, you will have an initial telephone interview, if you are successful after this stage, you will be invited to a face to face interview where you will be asked competency based interview questions and undertake some psychometric assessments.
Why was my application rejected?
Each application we receive is measured against the minimum criteria required to fulfil that particular role. If your application and/or CV does not demonstrate how you meet the criteria for the role you are applying for, unfortunately, it will not progress pass the initial short listing stage.
