How does your PoC service compare to Entel’s E-PoC?
- All Entel’s E-PoC servers are hosted in Tier III + data centers
- Each server is locally duplicated, dual powered and has multiple high performance data paths
- In addition we have geographically separate backup servers again in Tier III + data centers
- The data centers we use guarantee a 99.999% plus server up-time
- With Entel’s global offices covering different times zones we provide 24/7 monitoring of the servers
The data centres comply with:
- Uptime Institute – Tier III + for performance and uptime.
- ANSI-TIA-EIA 942 – Standard of requirements for operations and security of data centres.
- EN 50600 – European standard for the operations and construction of data centres.
- ISO 14000 – Environmental Management
- ISO 27001 – The standard designation for information security management system.
- ISO/IEC 27017:2015 – Code of practice for information security controls based on ISO/IEC 27002 for cloud services
- ISO/IEC 27018:2019 – Code of practice for protection of personally identifiable information (PII) in public clouds acting as PII processors
In the unlikely event there is a problem with the E-PoC service:
- DN radios will display an error screen with the URL of the Server status page
- The server status page can be viewed at any time and it will indicate the status of each E-PoC server and information regarding the issue and the actions being taken.
